With temperatures dipping to around freezing and snow falling heavily, the last day of the Winter term – Friday 18 December 2009 – seemed an appropriate time for pupils in the Secondary School to show off their talents.
This proved to be very popular and with thirty five pupils inscsribing it was no surprise that some were to be disappointed in not taking part this time.
The basement of Ombrosa was packed with “collègians” and a real party, Christmas atmosphere evolved very soon into the hour long show. The array and variety of talent on display, from pupils from all year groups in College, was impressive and I am sure the college ‘Talent Show” will become a regular feature in the Ombrosa calendar!
