On October 12th, we celebrated the Hispanic Day, which is the date of the Spanish National Day.
Students of 4ème (G8/Y9) worked on Spanish lexicon, typical Spanish buildings, animals and on the geography of the country.
Students of 3ème (G9/Y10) made posters to show us The Way of Saint James in Spain, the main museums, the city of Toledo, the Barcelona of Gaudí, the roman buildings, the tourism, the archelogical sites in Atapuerca adf the Altamira cavern. They will also talk to us about authors, movie makers, artists and most famous sportsmen. With all these details, our view of Spain will surely be less stereotyped and much more cultural. Come and celebrate with us in Vie Scolaire on Friday, 11th at 10.00 a.m!
Fiesta Nacional española, para celebralo hemos realizado actividades, las banderas de las comunidades, la región de Andalucia y las Fiestas más representatives (la Feria de Sevilla, la Semana Santa, San Fermín, las Fallas, Apostol Santiago….. Feliz Dia de la Hispanidad!
