Bilingual students of High School from both the national and international sections, took part in the ILYMUN Conference (Model United Nations of Lyon, organized by the CSI and the ISL) held at the Hôtel de Région on January 22nd, 23rd and 24th.
The delegation of about 10 students debated about human’s rights, sciences, technology or the environment with 300 students from other schools all around Europe. As part of this modelization, highschoolers act as embassadors or representatives of foreign affairs from different countries of the world. They offer resolutions and solutions to try and solve global issues.
Our students prepared themselves through their participation in the MUN Club lead by Mrs Gillet, IB and CAS Coordinator at Ombrosa High School.
Participation to other MUN Conferences are currently being studied.
