A crêpes operation for the FLE workshop students

Some eggs, flour, milk, sugar and a pinch of salt… On the menu for FLE Workshop students of both Lower and Upper Secondary Schools of Caluire: how to cook the classic crêpes!

Legend has it that to ensure prosperity throughout the year, one must “flip the crêpes” with a coin in one’s hand. Students quickly got the hang of it, and received delicious crêpes as a reward!
