This year, 60 candidates took the IGCSE exams at Ombrosa for the May-June session. Among them were 5 external candidates.
Twelve subjects were offered, including History, Drama, English as First or Second Language, English Literature, International Maths, Corrdinated Sciences and native or foreign languages.
Pupils of troisième internationale (G9/Y10) took the IGCSEs of Mathematics, French (First or Foreign Language), and some of them also took the English as a Second Language exam.
The results are excellent: the rate of results between A* and C goes up to 91.75%.
Pupils of seconde internationale (G10/Y11) tooke the IGCSEs of History, English First Language and Literature, International Mathematics, Coordinated Scicences, along with other optional subjects such as Drama, German or Spanish.
For this session, the results are also very good: the rate of results between A* and C goes up to 88%.
To finish, 36 pupils of the French section of both Lower and Upper Secondary School took the IGCSE English First of Second Language, with a rate of results between A* and C of 75%. Pupils of Drama and History has a 100% success rate! (grades between A* and C).
