2019 ILYMUN (International Lyon Model United Nations) Conference
From January 24th 2019 until January 26th, a delegation of Ombrosa pupils belonging to the M.U.N Club in Upper Secondary School had the opportunity to take part in the ILYMUN Conference organised by the CSI and ISL at the Hôtel de Région of Lyon
During these three days, schools’ representatives debated within their committees over issues related to inequalities throughout the world. A dense organisation supported presentations of prestigious guests who helped our pupils in their researches and in their comprehension of several current events, for which they had to find solutions. This was the first time our pupils of seconde (G10/Y11) and première (G11/Y12), both from the national and international sections had the opportunity to attend, but most importantly to learn from others, share ideas and engage in public debates.
