The Arts exhibit constitutes the completion of two years of work for students of the IB following the Visual Arts course, but also for the teacher who is in charge of the class. Students produce works highlighting a process of reflexion and evaluation, but also a combination of skills, ideas and media.
Students of Higher Level must submit 8 to 11 of their work for evaluation, and each must also have an exhibition text (curatorial justification). The selected works must show proof of their technical accomplishment achieved in Arts class, along with the comprehension of how to use materials, ideas and appropriate means to visual communication.
