The CE1 and CM2 explore and protect the forest!
Students of CE1 and CM2 get involve in a fascinating project: the creation of an Aire Terrestre Éducation (Educational Earth Area) at the heart of the school’s forest. Since their Forest School, they can observe the local flora and fauna, learn how to respect nature and act to protect it.
With Chloé Laffay from the association La Renarde des Alpes, they lead naturalist inventories, place photographic traps, record birds’ singing and plant bushes to develop biodiversity. This educational project fully involve the children and teaches them to become responsible citizens while offering them the opportunity to actively protect this natural area through lasting and tangible actions.
