Visual arts students from the first and final years of the International section visited the Institut d’Art Contemporain (IAC) in Villeurbanne for the second time this school year.
The exhibition, titled In the Hours Between Dawns (Entre deux aubes), aims to reveal the perspectives of marginalized individuals, challenging spectators to reflect on the multiplicity of identities they navigate.
The works we discovered were born from explorations of boundaries (visible/invisible, inside/outside), intersections between different art forms, connections with intellectuals, references to social practices, and individual experiences.
As always, the mediator placed particular emphasis on discussing the spatial arrangement of the art work. Identifying the rooms occupied and transformed by new art work. Each visit becomes a true treasure hunt.
