On Thursday, April 17, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m., the students of 1BG and TBG had the opportunity to attend a conference led by Lieutenant Commander Dubois Arnaud of the French Marine, who serves as Deputy to the Departmental Delegate for the “Marine” in the Rhône.
This event is part of the national policy on knowledge, awareness, and reflections on the values and principles of the Republic, in connection with the HG, EMC, and HGGSP curricula, with a particular focus on state action at sea and the role of the French Navy in today’s geopolitics.
Over the course of 1.5 hours, the conference provided an opportunity to present and discuss the fundamental elements of the French Navy as well as current challenges.
